Requests like this have picked up since the Federal Trade Commission and five states announced their settlement with Deere & Company in July 2026, which addresses the repair resources available to equipment owners and independent repair shops. You can read the filings and orders on the FTC's case page for FTC v. Deere & Company. Whatever your reason for asking, your service records are yours and we are glad to send them.
Before you start
Have the letter you received handy — the serial number is printed on it. You can add as many serial numbers as you need on a single request.
We can only provide invoices for work performed by Hutson. If a machine was serviced by another dealer, you will need to contact that dealer directly.
It does not matter which store did the work, or whether that store has since closed or changed areas — we look up records by serial number across all of our locations.
Give us a few business days. Older records can take longer to track down, and we will reach out if we need more information.
